MAKING WAVES
I am discovering a whole new way to live, love, and be. I’m present in my relationships, I’m showing up for my friends and family, and I’m following my dreams and trusting my visions.

Peace - at last.
I’m a 52 year old woman and I live on a small Scottish island. I’ve been sober now for almost 8 years. My friend arranged a detox (4 sleeps) in a local hospital which I gladly went to, I was ready. Life had fallen apart at the seams. I’d lost my job, my son was mainly staying with his father or my parents, and I was indoors all day every day drinking. It was a living hell and I was trapped. Life now looks like a great work life balance. My health has improved, I have a dog and we walk together 3 times a day! I write poetry, paint, sing, go to the gym and mostly I have a wonderful group of female friends who support me in my daily existence. Originally I did a 12 step programme but recently I’ve found I have moved to another stage of spirituality. I meditate daily and keep myself grounded and sane through exercise and spirit lead practices. I am genuinely happy. I like myself and my little life I’ve built. Life is beautiful. Xx

Vigilance
From an agnostic to a joyful believer but knowing that I must be vigilant because it could take me out in a split second if I am not on guard.
